Above is my Susan B. Anthony gold dollar.
Below is a screenshot of it while I was putting the finishing touches on it.
I edited my classic silver dollar in Gimp by changing Ike Eisenhower to Susan B. Anthony and changing the color from silver to gold. I also changed the year from 1972 to 1999 and scaled the size down a bit.
