 This is a screenshot of the class 4 opening roll call.

These are pictures of a golden ball.  With the GIMP software program, I wrote my name on the picture and saved it as three different file types.  The top picture is a .gif file, the middle picture is a .jpeg file, and the bottom picture is a .png file.  I was able to do this by going to 'File' in Gimp, and then 'Export to'.  After going to 'Export to' I was able to save the image as .gif, .jpg, and .png respectively.  This is a midterm exercise from the Immersive Education course I am taking at Boston College.  The course is called Discovering Computer Graphics.  For details, visit the immersive BC portal at http://ImmersiveEducation.org/@/bc.

Midterm 2

Midterm 1

This is a picture of a young boy.  Initially, there was noticeable red-eye in the photograph.  With the GIMP software program, I was able to edit out the red-eye to enhance the picture and make it more life-like.
